There is a lot riding on your event - your Broadcast Atlanta photography and video crews are here to help you capture the right moments including setup, silent auction items, step and repeat / red carpets, pre door networking receptions, and full run of show coverage.

This standard package is based upon years of experience for events 200-600 attendees and includes a team of two photographers and one videographer providing final deliverables of:

  • 24 edited photos night of event
  • 300-600 edited photos delivered within 72 hours
  • One complete full length event video (fixed cameras capturing stage)
  • 6-12 Red carpet interview clips edited for social media (vertical w/ captions)
  • One :60 sizzle reel / aftermovie in both vertical and horizontal formats

Still Photo Deliverables

  • Within 72 Hours: full delivery of edited photos (typically 25 per session) or as otherwise agreed upon.

Video Deliverables

  • Within 72 hours: color balanced, audio synced individual clips trimmed to fit content only (no compilations, story editing, graphics/text, or post production included.

All deliverables made via Broadcast Atlanta's cloud service.

Extras

  • Additional on-set time may be billed at $120 / hr
  • Rush / 24 hour delivery +$300
  • Parking and other reasonable expenses incurred to be reimbursed by client.
